Radha wanted to marry Krishna and she fantasised about their life together. She dreamt of how they would raise a family and Krishna would pamper and spoil her. Unfortunately, Radha’s dreams were not to become reality. Fate had other plans, as the avatar realised that he had been born on earth to fulfil a duty, which was to conquer and eliminate the evil king and restore peace and tranquility. He explained as best as he could, to his distraught foster parents and Radha, that his path lay elsewhere and that he would have to leave them all, to travel back to where he was born, so that he could fulfil his destiny. His foster mother was heartbroken as was Radha. They pleaded with him to come back and stay with them but it was to no avail.
